This stunning multi-level deck features premium Trex Transcend decking in Spiced Rum, with two distinct living areas connected by wide, welcoming stairs. The upper level serves as an outdoor dining space, while the lower level offers a relaxed lounge area with built-in bench seating along the perimeter. A sleek cable railing system provides unobstructed views of the backyard, and integrated LED lighting extends the usability well into the evening hours.
A complete backyard overhaul featuring a modern horizontal slat privacy fence crafted from tight-knot Western Red Cedar. Standing at a full 6 feet, the fence provides total privacy while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic. The project also includes a custom-built garden gate with self-closing hinges, raised cedar garden beds along the fence line, and a natural stone pathway connecting the patio to the back garden area.
An attached cedar pergola creates a stunning transitional space between the home’s interior and the backyard. Below, a hand-laid natural stone patio provides a durable and beautiful foundation for an outdoor dining area that seats eight. Edison-style string lights are permanently wired overhead for warm evening ambiance, and climbing plants are beginning to weave through the pergola rafters, adding a touch of living architecture.
A natural flagstone patio designed around a centerpiece built-in gas fire pit, perfect for year-round gathering in the Pacific Northwest. The circular fire pit is constructed with matching stone veneer and features a gas-fed burner for instant, clean flames. A low retaining wall along the patio’s edge doubles as additional seating, and the entire space is thoughtfully integrated into the existing landscape with native plantings and pathway lighting.
“We don’t just build structures — we create outdoor spaces where memories are made.”
A breathtaking hillside deck designed to maximize the panoramic forest valley views with a frameless glass panel railing system. The deck surface features composite decking in a rich dark walnut tone, creating a sophisticated, minimalist aesthetic. The glass panels are secured with slim stainless steel posts and a continuous top rail, providing safety without sacrificing a single inch of the spectacular overlook. A true showcase of form meeting function.
The ultimate outdoor entertaining space, featuring a full outdoor kitchen with a built-in stainless steel grill, granite countertops, and a natural stone island with bar seating for four. The kitchen is set on a spacious composite deck with a cedar pergola overhead providing dappled shade. Integrated electrical outlets, under-counter storage, and a plumbed prep sink make this a fully functional cooking space just steps from the back door.
A showpiece staircase connecting the main deck to the backyard, featuring an extra-wide landing that doubles as a seating area. The stair treads use the same premium composite decking as the main deck, with contrasting color nose boards that add visual depth and improve visibility. Recessed LED step lighting illuminates each riser for safe nighttime navigation, and powder-coated aluminum balusters complement the contemporary design throughout.
Designed specifically for the Pacific Northwest climate, this covered deck features a solid roof structure with a tongue-and-groove cedar ceiling that adds warmth and character overhead. Recessed lighting and a ceiling fan are integrated into the roof system, providing comfort in every season. The covered space stays completely dry during even the heaviest Oregon rain, extending the outdoor living season to a full twelve months of the year.
